The walking and sipping are definitely helping. Got a little nauseated earlier. My body did NOT want to try pureed pears. Luckily I stopped immediately. Was a slippery moment about to happen. No fun. Thanks for all your encouragement. It's helping tons.
Yeah, you may want to stick to liquids...every day will get easier....just remember to stay hydrated. :) HUGS
I just had liquids for that first week definitely-then tried custards and thicker yoghurts in the 2nd week,I felt like I was constantly sipping to get the fluids in, You'll feel much better in a few days..:)
