Progress Report?

I'm nearly 6 weeks post-revision.  I average about 700-800 calories a day. My weight hasn't budged in about 3-4 weeks. I am pretty frustrated.  I have a follow up appt on Wednesday with my doctor and nutritionist. I'm hoping to get some recommendations because things should be moving along by now.  I gotta say it's got me a little depressed.  I'd be lying to say I'm not. I've planned much of my meals for the week. Lets hope to see some change soon.

  1. Up your calories...easier said than done, but trust me it will get the scale moving.

  3. Alright ladies. I'ma do my best to get the calories up today. Wish me luck. The goal is over 900. That RARELY happens. I'm already eating like every 3 hours today and won't have regular dinner because I have school right after work so we'll see how this turns out... Tomorrow I'ma add greek yogurt to my protein shake in the morning. That'll add some punch!

  4. Stalls SUCK no easy way about it. Keep working hard and you will eventually be rewarded. Also asking the Dr. and NUT for help is an excellent idea!

    I have to say there are a LOT of sleevers out there who average 600-800 during the losing phase. Others might disagree, but you will have to find out what works for YOU. Everyone is different...
